Shipping - Inside EU
Free shipping to GLS or UPS pickup points on orders over 95 EUR. Otherwise, 10 EUR for shipping to GLS pickup points.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days. Spain requires a minimum of 5 days.

Exchange and Return - Inside EU
Free exchange for a different size or color.
If you change your mind and want a refund, you can also use the enclosed GLS label. However, we will deduct 10 EUR for return shipping.

Always register your return in our return portal before sending it back.

 

Shipping - Outside EU
UPS Worldwide: 25 EUR.
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Exchange and Return - Outside EU
Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels outside the EU.

Local Taxes and Duties Outside EU The item price and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, or related fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these expenses. We recommend contacting your country's customs office before making a purchase to understand the potential additional costs. Typically, these charges are collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

Please note that if a customer chooses to reject a shipment due to local import duties and taxes, the parcel will be automatically returned to FUSION. In such cases, FUSION reserves the right to impose a 50 EUR administration fee on the customer.
