Flowbox highlights how Fusion uses athlete and community-generated content to bring real-world product experiences directly into its online store.
Through Flowbox, content from professional athletes, creators and the wider Fusion community is collected, rights-managed and connected directly to relevant products across product pages, category pages and the homepage. This gives customers additional context for understanding how Fusion products fit, perform and are used across training, racing and everyday situations.
According to Flowbox, shoppers who engage with Fusion’s UGC galleries show a 37% uplift in average order value and a 19% uplift in average order size compared with shoppers who do not engage with the galleries.
The case study also highlights how Fusion’s long-term relationships with professional athletes extend beyond traditional brand ambassadorship, with elite athletes contributing feedback to product development while also providing authentic real-world context around the products.
