Running doesn’t happen in one dimension. Some days it’s smooth asphalt. Other days it’s muddy forest paths, rocky climbs, or windy ridgelines. That’s why we don’t build “road gear” or “trail gear”—we build gear that works everywhere.
In our R&D lab, fabrics are tested for breathability, drying time, stretch, abrasion, and durability. We stress every seam, soak every fiber, and simulate the toughest conditions. Then we go outside—into rain, heat, cold, wind, and dirt—to see if it truly holds up.
The result is apparel you can trust whether you’re running intervals in the city, long miles in the forest, or climbing switchbacks in the mountains. Light, durable, quick-drying, and versatile—designed to disappear when you’re moving, and to deliver when the environment pushes back.
Lab‑tested fabrics. Real‑world miles. Zero guesswork.

Tested Beyond Limits
At FUSION, nothing is left to chance. Every fabric that enters our R&D pipeline is screened through a strict test protocol in our Test Lab. We measure what truly matters for performance apparel: breathability, moisture transfer, drying speed, stretch and recovery, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability.
Only materials that pass these benchmarks move forward. From there, prototypes are built and subjected to repeated stress cycles — soaked, stretched, heated, chilled, and washed again and again — to simulate the harshest real-world conditions. If a component fails, it doesn’t make it into our gear.

Proven in the Real World
The lab gives us data. The trail gives us truth. That’s why every FUSION garment is tested far beyond controlled conditions. Our prototypes are taken out into heavy rain, freezing winds, summer heat, muddy forests, and rocky ascents. We push them through long runs, back-to-back training days, and races where failure is not an option.
What matters in trail apparel?
On the trail, gear is pushed harder than anywhere else. Fabrics must be lightweight yet durable, able to resist abrasion from rocks and branches. They need to be quick-drying and breathable, so sweat and sudden rain don’t weigh you down. Weather protection — wind- and water-resistance — keeps you moving when conditions turn. Secure storage is essential for gels, phone, or keys on long runs, while anti-chafe construction and low-profile seams ensure comfort hour after hour. Visibility details matter too, because trails don’t always end before dark.
