The partnership between FUSION and Uno-X Mobility Cycling will come to an end at the close of 2026. After two years of working closely together on product development, aerodynamics and special collections, both parties look back on a period of major sporting moments and shared projects.
“FUSION has been a committed partner that has really gone the extra mile for the team. We have greatly appreciated their willingness to listen to the riders, develop the clothing with us and put that extra effort into our shared projects. We have experienced some of our biggest moments together and would like to thank the entire FUSION team for two great years,” says Thor Hushovd, General Manager of Uno-X Mobility Cycling.
Over the past two years, the Uno-X Mobility cycling team has experienced a number of major sporting moments, particularly on the men’s side. These include Søren Wærenskjold’s victory at Omloop Nieuwsblad in 2025, Tobias Halland Johannessen’s sixth place overall and Jonas Abrahamsen’s historic stage win at that year’s Tour de France, as well as promotion to WorldTour level.
In 2026, the men’s side’s first season in the WorldTour, the team has won stages in all three Grand Tours. Other highlights included Sigrid Ytterhus Haugset’s solo victory and yellow jersey at the Tour de France Femmes, along with Søren Wærenskjold’s stage win and Torstein Træen’s days in yellow at the Tour de France.
“We are proud to have been part of the journey and to have provided the tools to help the Uno-X Mobility cycling team take the next step. As a manufacturer working with aerodynamics every day, it is fantastic to see our work become part of the team’s biggest moments,” says Troels Vest Jensen, CCO of FUSION.
“We have greatly valued the close dialogue with FUSION and the opportunity to help develop the clothing. Their focus on aerodynamics, access to the wind tunnel and willingness to find solutions together have been valuable to both our riders and our other equipment partners,” says Thor Hushovd.
The partnership included Project Breakaway in 2025, when FUSION brought the team’s equipment partners together for a joint project focused on winning a stage from a breakaway. It also included two special collections, with the team racing in a Team 7-Eleven design in 2025 and a Faxe Kondi design in 2026.
FUSION looks back on the partnership with great appreciation and will now focus, among other things, on its Performance Programmes.
“At FUSION, we specialise in tailored programmes with clear goals. We know this approach from working with our triathletes and on record attempts in cycling. That is why we have launched our Performance Programmes, which focus more on individual riders and individual manufacturers. This also gives us the opportunity to connect our wind tunnel more closely with the rest of the business and continue contributing at the highest level of sport,” says Troels Vest Jensen.
“Our partnership with the Uno-X Mobility cycling team has given us valuable insights, learning and experience that we can use as we continue to develop our business. We have been very grateful for the partnership and look back on the two years with great memories.”
FUSION and Uno-X Mobility Cycling thank each other for two great years and wish one another all the best for the future.
