We use the following data processors:

  • Shopify Plus (e-commerce platform) – Canada (adequacy decision), SCC for transfers to the US
  • Klaviyo (email marketing) – USA, SCC in use
  • Gorgias (customer support) – USA, SCC in use
  • Meta & Google – Data transferred to the USA; consent required for activation

We have signed data processing agreements with all processors and ensure appropriate safeguards for transfers under GDPR Art. 46. Fusion continuously evaluates transfer risks and implements supplementary measures per EDPB recommendations and Schrems II ruling.

7. Retention and Deletion

  • Customers: 5 years from last activity (for accounting purposes)
  • Newsletter subscriptions: Until consent is withdrawn
  • Support data: 2 years
  • Job applications: 6 months after rejection

9. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Fusion does not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects. We use profiling and segmentation in Klaviyo and Meta to display relevant content and ads based on user behavior, exclusively for marketing purposes.
