We love development

Three of Uno-X Mobility’s young Danish talents, Henrik Breiner Pedersen, Carl-Frederik Bevort and Tobias Svarre, have all claimed their first professional victories within just a few days. The story follows their development from young talents to professional riders, and how FUSION, through its partnerships with Team ColoQuick and Uno-X Mobility, has been part of the journey.

Over the past week, three of Uno-X Mobility’s young Danish talents have each experienced what it means when development turns into results.

First, Henrik Breiner Pedersen won the professional cycling race Flandrien 0.0. Then Carl-Frederik Bevort took a stage victory at CRO Race, before Tobias Svarre followed with a stage win of his own and the race leader’s jersey.

Besides their young age and their first professional victories, the three riders, aged 21 and 22, have something else in common: over the past few years, they have all gone through remarkable development. From emerging talents in the Danish junior ranks to promising professional riders, each with their own strengths.

Carl-Frederik moved directly onto the Uno-X Mobility development team when he stepped up from junior to senior level, while both Henrik and Tobias took their first steps as senior riders with Team ColoQuick. As a partner of both Uno-X Mobility and Team ColoQuick, we have had the opportunity to follow and take part in all three riders’ journeys from promising young talents to their first professional victories.

Development as a shared ambition

Development is one of the most important elements of our partnerships with athletes and teams. Together, we constantly strive to be better tomorrow than we were yesterday. It is a philosophy and an ambition that applies just as much to product development as it does to a young athlete.

Back in November 2024, we met Tobias for the first time. As part of our partnership with Team ColoQuick, we began the winter by inviting him to Svenstrup to work with us in our wind tunnel. At the time, Tobias was preparing for his third season as a senior rider with Team ColoQuick.

The purpose of the visit was to give Tobias a better understanding of how to make the right decisions during races, including clothing choices for different situations and weather conditions. At the same time, we worked on how his position on the bike could help him gain an aerodynamic advantage.

But the development went both ways. Working with Tobias also gave us the opportunity to explore how we could continue developing the team’s race wardrobe and ensure that the next generation of apparel would be even faster than the one before it.

From ColoQuick to Uno-X Mobility

While our development continued, Tobias’s did too. During 2025, he took the next step and joined Uno-X Mobility as a stagiaire. Before that, Tobias had enjoyed a strong spring with Team ColoQuick, including a stage victory at the U23 Nations Cup race Orlen Nations Grand Prix.

At the same time, we continued working on the development of Uno-X Mobility’s Tour de France race wardrobe. Our newly developed ‘Breakaway Suit’ became part of that story when Jonas Abrahamsen delivered the suit’s first victory.

Tobias began his professional career with Uno-X Mobility on a trial contract in September 2025, and from the start of the new season, Henrik, Carl-Frederik and Tobias became teammates.

While Tobias earned his contract with Uno-X Mobility during 2025, both Henrik and Carl-Frederik had also visited us as part of our development work with Uno-X. Both riders approached the process with clear seriousness and ambition, and there was little doubt about the direction their development was heading.

Three first professional victories

Together at Uno-X Mobility, the three young riders have taken several steps forward this year. And over the past week, each of them has been able to mark another important milestone in their development as cyclists: their first professional victory.

They also had one other thing in common: all three victories were achieved in our ‘Breakaway Suit’.

Developing as an athlete is about building on everything that already works, while responding to and learning from the challenges you encounter along the way.

The same applies to us, and it is a process we love.
