Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery
General
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on https://fusion.dk, fusionworld.de, fusionworld.nl, fusionworld.com, and fusionworld.no ("the Website"). All purchases made through the Website are subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
The Website is owned and operated by FUSION ApS, VAT No. DK26685869, with the registered address: Lansen 8, 9230 Svenstrup J, Denmark ("the Company"). You can contact the Company at support@fusion.dk or by phone at +45 98 55 17 05.
A purchase made through the webshop constitutes a binding agreement between you as the buyer ("the Buyer") and the Company as the seller.
Order Confirmation
When the Buyer places an order through the Website, the Company will send an electronic order confirmation to the Buyer’s email, specifying the items ordered. The Company reserves the right to cancel the order in case of obvious errors in content, pricing, or product specifications.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed under the relevant product and are shown in Euro (EUR), inclusive of 25% VAT. Payment for ordered items can be made using Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, or MobilePay.
Delivery
Delivery is made within the time frame stated in the order confirmation. Normally, orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM (except Fridays) are shipped the next business day. The Company aims to deliver within 2–3 business days.

The Company bears the risk of accidental loss or damage until the product has been delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day the Buyer or a third party (other than the carrier) receives physical possession of the goods.

The withdrawal deadline is met if the Buyer submits the request before the 30-day period expires.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or items with personalized printing.
Returns
If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Company will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notification of the withdrawal.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Returned goods must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the Company. The deadline is met if the Buyer sends the goods before the 14 days expire.

The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label may be purchased. The Buyer is also liable for any deterioration of the product’s condition during return shipment.
The Company may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return has been provided.
Withdrawal can also be exercised by refusing delivery and sending written notice of withdrawal to the Company.
Complaints
Danish consumer law applies. The Buyer has a 24-month right to complain about manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, the Buyer must notify the Company as soon as possible and explain the issue.
Contact the Company to initiate a complaint. The Company will attempt to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, with repair being the primary solution.
Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis, and the Company strives to respond within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs will be refunded if the complaint is justified. However, additional costs from choosing a non-standard delivery method will not be covered.
Dispute Resolution
If the Buyer encounters any issues with a product, the Buyer should contact the Company as soon as the problem arises.
If no agreement is reached, the Buyer (as a consumer) may submit the dispute to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via www.forbrug.dk, provided the value of the claim meets the applicable thresholds (DKK 720 for clothing/shoes and DKK 1,100 for accessories – 2025).
