When the product is in stock, delivery time is 1-2 working days. Expect a potential additional 1-2 delivery days if ordering a product with printing. Please note that once a product is put into print it is no longer possible to make changes to size or printing.

When ordering multiple products in the same order with different delivery times, expect the longer delivery time. This is because the order is shipped all together.

Right of return
Purchases from FUSIONworld.com have full right of return and thus also the chance to get a refund for a full 30 days. However, remember that unfortunately products with printing cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of return may be used without giving any reason.

Products with printing may NOT be exchanged or returned. The right of return is waived at the time FUSION ApS begins printing the product, see Danish Consumer Contracts Act, § 18 paragraph 3.

Overseas shipping information
Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT (Value Added Taxes) which is automatically removed in the checkout process. Customers outside the EU may have to pay import duties and taxes when the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be fully paid by the recipient of the package. Customs and import duties vary widely from country to country and therefore we cannot provide information about the specific charges in the country in question. The customer takes full responsibility for all shipping, return, customs and handling charges if they refuse to accept the package due to customs and import duties. Note: We cannot declare packages as gifts or underestimate packages.

Maintenance of FUSION clothing
- Wash clothing before use. Wash clothes with a little white vinegar in the fabric softener tray to best retain colors.
- Wash clothes at 40° C maximum. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. If clothes are washed with fabric softener it will destroy the moisture-wicking properties of the clothing. Therefore - Do not use fabric softener.
- Hang clothes to dry. Do not use the dryer.
- Be aware that sharp edges and Velcro on backpacks, belts and the like can scratch and ruin your clothes when coming in contact with the fabric and seams.

Packaging and product condition when you send it back 
If the product is not returned in the same condition or number as received, we may claim up to 100%; This will be calculated on an individual basis.

You will of course receive a refund
If you return your purchase, you will of course receive a refund. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for return. For returns, your only cost is the postage to send it back to us.

What should I send with a return? 
You should attach a copy of the order confirmation. This is not required, but we can serve you faster if you fill out our form on the invoice. Note, we do not accept packages sent by COD.

When you shop at FUSION.dk, you of course have 24 months to make a complaint. This means you can either get the product repaired, get a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

Of course, this requires that the complaint is justified and the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other damaging behaviour.

Complaints will be dealt with on an individual basis and we strive to respond to all complaints within 24 hours from receipt of the product in our warehouse.

How soon should I complain?
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect with the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. However you must stop using the product at the time of complaint, otherwise it is not possible for us to properly assess the case.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints
If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the product, please state the problem in as much detail as possible. Note, we do not accept packages sent by COD or similar methods. Remember, the product must always be returned in protective packaging and you should get a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
