We ship all orders placed before 1 PM on the same business day.

Inside the EU:

Shipping to a GLS or UPS parcel shop: 10 EUR
Express shipping: 20 EUR

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
For Spain, the minimum is 5 days.

Free exchange for another size or color.
If you change your mind and would like a refund, you can also use the enclosed GLS label. However, we deduct 10 EUR for return shipping.
Always register your return in our return portal before returning the item.

Outside the EU:

UPS Worldwide: 25 EUR
Express shipping: 50 EUR
Unfortunately, we cannot offer return labels outside the EU.

Local Taxes and Duties Outside the EU
The item price and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, or related fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these expenses. We recommend contacting your country's customs office before making a purchase to understand the potential additional costs. Typically, these charges are collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
Kindly note that if a customer opts to reject a shipment due to local import duties and taxes, the parcel will be automatically sent back to FUSION. In such instances, FUSION reserves the right to impose a 50 EUR administration fee on the customer.

You can always return or exchange your clothing within the 30-day period. It is important that you register your return before returning your product. Otherwise, we cannot accept it.

At FUSION, we have our own return portal, so you can easily and quickly exchange and return your clothing online.

When choosing your size, we recommend prioritising height and chest measurement, as these have the greatest impact on fit. Weight and hip measurements can help if you're between sizes.

Choose the size where the measurements are generally closest to your own – that will give you the best starting point.

Fit Guidance for Your Suit

The suit is designed to fit close to the body without the fabric structure opening up. Therefore, the following are important observations when trying it on:

  • You may feel the suit “pull” your shoulders inward when the zipper is closed. This is intentional and helps encourage an optimal TT (time trial) position.
  • Always test the fit in a cycling/TT position with the zipper fully closed – in this position, the shoulder pressure should disappear.
  • When upright (swimming or running), you should fully open the zipper for greater freedom of movement.

Our athletes race with the zipper fully open during the swim and run, and of course fully closed during the bike leg. If the fit is tight and the zipper feels difficult to close, try zipping up while leaning forward into your bike position.

You may also notice some loose fabric just above the lower back when standing upright. This is fully intentional – the material has been wind-tunnel tested and is most aerodynamic when stretched in the TT position. On the run, this added freedom of movement is also beneficial.

What does "Tall" mean when I have to choose a size?

Between, for example, size L and size XL, we have created a size L Tall. Essentially, it's a size L, but with slightly longer leg and suspender lengths for bibs. In the Tall version of suits, there is extra length in the torso and legs, while tops in Tall have an extended torso and longer sleeves.

So, in essence, you could say that "Tall" is for those who need, for example, medium fit but large length.

All suits in the FUSION TEMPO! series are equipped with our proven fleece pad – a specially developed chamois, refined over many years in close collaboration with triathletes.

Unlike traditional cycling pads, which can cause discomfort during the run, the Fusion fleece pad is small, flexible, and free of unnecessary bulk.

It offers just the right support on the bike – especially in combination with a triathlon saddle – and is so unobtrusive you’ll hardly notice it on the run.
